SBA commercial real-estate loans

SBA 504 Guidelines:

• Projects up to $4,000,000
• Borrower in business for minimum of 2 years
• Borrower occupies greater then 51% of subject property
• Completed SBA Personal Financial Statement (available on the Tools page) is required

Rates & Terms:

• 40% of loan amount is financed by SBA and is fixed for 20 years at current SBA rate and amortized over 20 years
• 50% of loan amount is financed by Union National Bank and is fixed for 5 years at current Union National Bank rate and amortized over a period up to 30 years
• Blended amortization is typically 25 years
